Coyote Bar & Grill Announces Restaurant Closure
Monday, April 22, 2024 – It is with mixed emotions that Terry Moore, owner of the Coyote Bar & Grill has announced the closure of his restaurant. The Southwestern inspired restaurant established by Moore over 28-years ago was a favorite among locals and tourists alike in Graeagle.

With final seating and last call at the bar, the restaurant closed its doors on Saturday, April 20,2024. While Terry had intended to be open for operation this season, in a statement posted on the Coyote Bar & Grill Facebook page, Terry addressed the abrupt closing, stating new ownership of the River Pines Resort and career opportunities led to the decision.

“I wish to thank everyone especially my incredible team for helping make Coyote Bar & Grill Restaurant truly a special place. I also wish to thank my guests and friends for their many years of support – I am truly grateful,” says, Terry Moore.

Graeagle has many highly regarded restaurants, but Coyote Bar & Grill was special. Known for its bold flavors, tequila bar featuring over 70 premium brands, and the “wall of flame” (a rack of 50 world-wide hot sauces), Coyote Bar & Grill served an eclectic and traditional mix of flavors with a unique twist on Southwestern cuisine.

Terry further expressed, “I’ve had over two decades at Coyote Bar & Grill, met so many incredible people, enjoyed creating and sharing my cuisine and working with talented staff.” Terry wishes all the best to his clients and business relationships as he moves forward to new adventures.
