Over the Rocks
Since opening in 1998, The Coyote Bar and Grill has created much buzz and a local following. Famous for its 16oz perfectly poured margarita in a rock salt rimmed cactus glass, this specialty drink has become iconic to the Lost Sierra. Paired with Chef Moore’s “Cowboy Caviar” (the signature bean dip) house made Pico De Gallo and warm tortilla chips, guests will find paradise relaxing on the patio under the big bright stars.

Morning Kitchen Prep Person Needed
