Coyote Bar and Grill is a restaurant created by a man who loves to eat and has a passion for travel. Chef Moore has created a restaurant where guests can enjoy the finest food made from the freshest ingredients while dining in a casual atmosphere.

Chef Moore puts a unique twist on the menu, focusing on the Southwest, Mexico, Ecuador, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay and some Latin influences. ‘’Born and raised in Napa, California, Chef Moore was drawn to this area known to most outdoor enthusiasts as the Lost Sierra. And it is here, Chef Moore’s culinary adventure began.

In addition to being one of the longest operating Chef-Owners in the county, Chef Moore has had an influence on other food establishments in the Graeagle area. During Chef Moore’s two decades in business, he has mentored many who have gone onto open or manage their own restaurants. It is this dedication, drive and passion to the food industry that makes Chef Moore a key contributor to the local food scene. And, it’s what makes Coyote Bar and Grill so special for guests everywhere.
